MR.R.ASHOK KUMAR
Mr.R.Ashok Kumar is a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer and having Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety, Health and Environment, and having 20 yrs work experience in Refinery, Petro Chemical, Pharma Bulk Drug in Project management, plant commissioning, plant maintenance. For the past 28 yrs in statutory Safety inspection, Safety, Health & Environment Management system (consultancy) implementation. He is being trained abroad for SHE Management, Auditing and SHE training (by DNV Australia) within the Nation & abroad. He has visited many country on Professional work and attended many seminars and conferance.He is also acredited auditor for ISO 9001; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001 and I.SO 19011. Also was a faculty and Examiner for Advanced Diploma Course in Idustrial Safety, Govt. of Maharashtra, Mumbai. He is also a Life Member of National Safety Council. India and Loss Prevention Assoication of India, Mumbai. Member of Safety Institute of Austrilia & Institution Industrial Safety of Professional of India, Mumbai and The Society of Engineers, London. He has conducted many SHE audits, Risk Assessment, SHE training, Preparing Disaster Management Plans. He has authored a book in “Safety in Material Handling”. He has written many articles in “Surakha Vahini” published by Director of Factories, Boilers, Industrial Health & Safety, Govt. of Karnataka, Bangalore.
MR.D.K.JOSHI
Mr.D.K.Joshi is a Chemical Engineer from University Department of Chemical Technology, Mumbai With distinction merit and with Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety and Health from Maharshtra Technical Borad. He worked as Design and Project Engineer, Manufacturing Head (Chief Prodcution Engineer) for 23 years in leading Dye stuff Process Chemical industry in Mumbai and for the past 22 yrs as free lanse Safety Consultancy and associated with SHECON INC., He is highly specialised in HAZOP study, FMEA, HAZAN, QRA, Safety Audit of Chemical industry and Highly Hazardous industry like Refinery, Petrochemical industry. Was a faculty in Chemical Engineering for Post Diploma Industrial Safety, Govt. of Maharashtra, Mumbai. He has carried many SHE Audits, HAZOP Study, Risk Analysis with in the country as well as abroad. He is also trained Auditor for OHSAS 18001.
MR.MANOHAR RAO
Mr.Manohar Rao is an Electrical Engineering Graduate and worked for Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation, Doha for 13 yrs. in various position including Head of System & Energy planning. Certified ISO 9001 Auditor. Worked with ESSAR Steels Ltd., Surat, Gujarat, in Central Electrical Dept. for 4 yrs. Worked with Rallies India Ltd., for 4 yrs. as Maintenance Engineer. He is also certified Energy Auditor. He has also done many Energy Audits. Solid background in power system operations both transmission and distribution. Well versed in power grid operating policies, regulatory and safety requirements . Sound knowledge of SCADA systems and applications at transmission and distribution levels. Experienced in Power system simulations and operational planning. Expertise in structuring and implementing Power purchase contracts. Experienced in Request For Bid preparation and bid evaluation for gas based generation projects.
MR.S.JAGANNATHAN
Mr.S.Jagannathan is a Graduate Civil Engineer having 46 yrs. of experience in the field of Construction industry at various capacity. He has worked as Vice President for 1 yr. with M/S.Mahavir Roads & Infrastructure Ltd., Mumbai for their NHAI project, Worli Flyover bridge, and Navi Mumbai Metro station. He has worked for 1 yr. as Vice President for M/S. Totem Infrastructure Ltd., Hyderabad for their NHAI projects, He has worked for M/S.Nagarjuna Constructions, Mumbai for 4 yrs. as Senior Project Co.ordinator. He worked with M/S.Gamon India Ltd., Mumbai for 4 yrs. and resigned as Chief Engineer for their various projects including the prestigious project Kali Bridge at Karwar and Zuari Bridge in Goa. He has worked for M/S.Shakti Sugars Ltd., Coimbatore as Project Engineer for 3 yrs. He has also worked with M/S.Ennore Thermal Station, Chennai for 4 yrs as Junior Engineer. He has thorough knowledge of structural Engineering.
MR.DILIP PAWAR
Mr.Dilip Pawar is a graduate and served in Indian Navy for 12 yrs. as Gaurd Commander and holding Diploma in Fire Safety from Fire Service College, Nagpur. Worked with M/S.Unichem Laboratories Ltd., Mumbai as Chief Security & Fire Officer for 13 yrs. Lastly with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., Mumbai for 20 yrs as Chief Fire Prevention & Protection Officer. He has conducted many Fire Safety Audits. He is an expert in Fire fighting training, Preparing Fire Safety Manual, Investigating Fire incidents and preparing Fire investigation reports. He is also tarined Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001..
MR.AJIT J.DIWADKAR
Mr.Ajit J.Diwadkar is a Mechanical Engineer and holding Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety and Certificate in Supervisor for Safety (U.S.A). He worked with SIEMENS Ltd., Mumbai for 30 yrs, at Corporate level as Sr.Executive - Safety & Environment and retired in 1997. He had been deputed to SIEMENS Gerany for training in SHE Management. While in service with SIEMENS Ltd., he conducted many Safety training for SIEMENS employees at various level in their various locations in India and conducted many internal Safety Audits. He was one of the Officer instrumental for winning many National and International awards including British Safety Council Sword of Honour and RoSPA Gold award for the company. He conducted many Safety Audits, Safety Training for many company in the past 16 yrs after the retirement. He is also a Faculty member for the Advanced DiplomaCourse in Industrial Safety for more than four colleges in Mumbai. He is Life Member of National Safety Council, Navi Mumbai.
MRS.VANISHREE ACHARAYA
Mrs.Vanishree Acharaya is Masters in Analytical Chemistry. She has worked with Cipla Ltd., Bangalore for 5 yrs as Q.C Executive. Attended trainings at Agilent Technologies , Singapore for HPLC and GC; Bruker , Switzerland for NMR; LCMS Ltd, Raleigh, North Carolina, U.S for Ion Trap LCMS. She is having more than 22 years of work experience in training and consulting in the areas of Instrumentation and Quality Systems for Product and Equipment manufacturers as well as Software related to the Life Sciences Domain in the analytical method development and instrumentation for small molecules acting as building blocks for Pharmaceutical Drug Discovery. Widely experienced in the field of chemical, pharmaceutical and Bio-Pharmaceutical support, analysis, instrumentation and training. Experienced in preparing and assisting for several GMP, GLP, ISO and FDA audit compliances. Experienced in conducting Gap analysis and Implementation towards Quality Systems for Equipment, Experienced in providing inputs to a GMP manufacturing, Quality laboratories for activity related to the Regulatory aspects like 21CFR compliances in the Manufacturing.
