Safety promotion is often a challenging and a frustrating task because in general people are averse to change in their existing attitudes, habits, traits and beliefs. Even if they are aware that unsafe practices can lead to accidents, they have the smug feeling that nothing will happen to them. For this it needs a strong system of Education & Training of Employees. Training sessions & refresher course will make sure that everybody knows and nobody forgets how to work safely.
